Part of me is skeptical that GM will ever be allowed to completely reorganize, though. Will enough Democrats in this Congress actually say "no" the next time?

The latest I have heard is that they are going to pare down to just four brands....chevy, buick, GMC, and cadillac...but I know Saturn and Saab is gone.

just bawln...telln me her mom is about to lose her job too. Woe is me shit, manic depression...etc. But hey, when I moved I offered her a job, a place to stay and medical for the dog. She wanted to be with her friends and family. Now her family abandons her and her friends are moving away. Classic bad decision right hurrrrr.
