Upon further review it appears as though BB Limited has made a change in policy. I didn't catch it because it was in the fine print. It says I can't accept a returned item for a refund beyond 30 days after the purchase date. I appears as though 97gp is going to have to exchange the item for store credit.

I have a couple of suggestions on how to deal with the projector issue.

1. Have an expert in home theater examine it. 97, take it down to Blockbuster. Those guys know their shit.

2. Instead of shipping with commercial companies (who are just in it for the money), "ship" it via forum member relay. If a bunch of fegs can do hands across America then certainly ca.com can manage to pass that bish around until it makes its way to BB. For insurance, call Lloyds of London.
