Ephedera is great stuff. The past 4 days I have been literally making myself eat every 3 hours to keep the metabolism up. On my bulk I was used to getting in about 3,000 calories a day or more. Now I'm at like 2,000, forcing myself to eat. This is even after adding cardio in. Crazy.
