Kind of a wild ride buying a house. My one outstanding issue left is my fricken PG&E bill. First one was 450 and the second one was 375. That's up from around 100 a month in my last house. I'm baffled. Mine was $108 and $115...I have only had the heat on one day this month though...I am hoping next month to get it below $75. That **** washer and dryer uses a lot of energy though.
