Thats my point. Even if someone wanted to make cutbacks it would still be incredibly difficult. I dont think there are more secure jobs. Nearly everyone fears change. It is the most common and one of the strongest fears people share. I am not one who shares it. Well, not at the same level anyway. I am not as will nilly about it as Corey. I think he has it licked like nobodys business. I walked from a Union job in Chicago and paid off all debt using my 401k. Then me and my wife moved with no prospects secured. All because we hated the weather.

Best change of my life so far.

Seriously, that MFer never stayed past 3pm. His answer was that he came in at 4:30 or so. I couldn't get it through that fellow's head that he had no idea what happened at night.

Oh well, I am not there anymore so the place could fall down for all I care.

Our SM is actually pretty good IMO and our ASM's are great.

If we could afford to practice differentiation here i doubt i'd see half these people. There are a few very bright and vibrant people there and a fair amount of decent workers, all chained down by people who hate their jobs. They've become parasitic to themselves and the organization and its fat that needs to be cut. Not only are they keeping us from more productivity but they're keeping themselves from a part of their life they could be enjoying. Of course things being in limbo within the company aren't helping the situation. Although i truely believe the changes they're making right now will pay dividens when we (the country, etc.) come out of this rut (im assuming we will). Hard times are the best times to refine yourselves and figure out what works.
