theyve always done it that way, pay in advance.

I have that plan. My bill is 40.51 after taxes. I just have no idea when it is due. I usually pay it right when I get the bill...then I get to thinking I may have a few days.
Who charges you $15 for an HD antenna? WHy don't you just buy one? However, I get free HD cable channgels with comcast. I get about 5 channels in 720p.

I have the 19.99 internet. It supposed to go to $42 some day...when it does, I am done with internet.

go to comcast.com and pay online. Its usually due by teh 26th. Mine has been due on that day for as long as I can remember at all 3 places I was in.

Comcast here you pay $7 for the HD box.

This past August I was helping my friends move into their new apartment. The girl who lived there before had canceled the cable, but they still had it. They are still getting free cable today. lol.

Yes that is a logical assumption, however people at call centers aren't paid to be logical or even really listen to you. Additionally you are crazy but not because of this.
