My only concern would be the current job market. I am with you on money not being everything, but this current market would have made me weigh in favor of dragging through longer.

me being in therapy is worse then making less. At least thats how I see it.

and I was close to seeking therapy because of the abuse of my boss.

I guess I find things I enjoy outside of work...I am not required to enjoy work.

I don't have to enjoy it, but I wouldn't let it affect my well being. Hell out side of staying home in my boxers drinking beer, I won't enjoy it, but hating it is different.

no id never do that. My job consisted of sitting in a 1/2 cubicle and doing nothing all day. Is that sane? Thats what I did for the last 3 months. Even if you were making 1000000000 a year - wouldnt you feel like a tool for doing that.

They may have the resources to do the legwork you are trying to do. It's interesting how this all went down. I would not be surprised if this guy did not go from town to town / state to state pulling this scam -- which is one reason I think the AG would be interested / helpful.
