One of my sisters started renting a town house back in March, and signed her lease & down payment, ect...

Well she was just informed that the owner is in foreclosure and she has to get out. Is there anything legal she can do besides the obvious "Yeah, pack up her shit and GTFO!"?

Nope. The bank can give her 30 days and she better BTFO. This is happening all over the country. I hear about it every day.
