I really did. I can't respect the adminstration there any more - I refuse to be a part of another forum run by someone who doesn't follow their own rules. That may have something to do with it, but I'm not in their heads so I couldn't say.

I have some posts saved on my computer in B'burg with both sides' input on this, outlining the major points of contention (before they were deleted)...just as a FWIW thing. I'll share via PM when I get back.

We need a forum that combines the best of what SIN and SSA were back in '03-'05, and CT, with the technical background of a place like ECA or DIYAudio.

My favorite is where a guy said the SSF is to filter out low notes. Why oh why do I even get out of the lounge?

Actually, thats exactly what a SSF (subsonic filter does). It attenuates frequencies below whatever you set it at.

Thats why we tell people set their subsonic at "x" frequency so they don't destroy their sub when they play a song that has frequencies below their enclosure tuning.
