When do you file your taxes?
I file ASAP. Usually I do not get a return, but this year I will get a pretty large one, methinks.

I file as soon as my payroll info hits. So basically the process starts once you trigger it with filing taxes huh. Q1 is going to be new roof or new downstairs floor/pool table for MEez!

It starts once you file your taxes, the bill was passed over the summer. Keep in mind that this is a loan more than a credit. You have to pay it back over 10 years.

From some readings, yes. From other readings, no. Once tax time rolls around, I will know for sure. Either way, it's a 10 year interest free loan.

I'd jsut rather get the fat return that I will get for being a home owner and not have it compensate back for this loan over the next ten years.
