That's what I am thinking. It sounds scary, but it would be handled through a broker who will make sure deposits for damage are handled and have insurance for the whole ordeal. I would still be pissed to find some *****es got a bit drunk and rough with my house and shit. But 12k for 4 days of inconvenience is a nice prospect.

I need flip to analyze the risks and rewards of this.

It reminded me of an enviornmentalist movie.

We watched it last night. Everyone told me it sucked, I enjoyed it.

Actually I just stumbled across something that could pay for all 2 years. I will rent out my house for Super Bowl weekend. ngas be getting 1000/day per room for ballas to stay in their home. I have 3 bedrooms so thats hella coin. The rentals are a 4 day minimum.
Best part is, you can't rent you house up to 2 weeks without it being considered taxable income, or at least thats what the broker said.
