ok now I know you guys are being serious and let me make this very clear to all of you. Syko and I have been talking via pms. What happens between syko and I is between us. A deal is already in motion and I personally don't want to hear anything else about it because you cannot read our Pm's. And yes tapout, I did buy a 13k dollar car after some dumb b1tch ran into the back of my truck. Yes I took that check and put it towards buying a new vehicle. and if you want the honest truth my parents payed for the rest. I PAYED FOR NONE OF IT.

yeah a $200 xbox helped with that haha(not). he sold the xbox before that trip he took, he was still with that girl. his tuck got wrecked.

in all honesty, i dont think I would have gave syko shit back. He missed delivery then decided to not go pick the xbox up. it sat in the post office til they eventually sent it back.

Buyer clearly stated...DO NOT SHIP USPS, it wil not get here.

Seller agrees then has his kin folk ship it. What does he do? Ships it USPS. Sellers responsibility.

Ok so let me rephrase to you the chatter that happened a LONG time ago that was even posted in the CT between syko and I. Syko told me he did not want a refund if the package was just considered "lost." Which confused me because I didn't understand what he meant seeing as how, "well what merits him getting money if he doesn't want any if it's lost." All this was spoke of before my accident. So I just assumed with that being said he didn't want any money because the post office never even contacted me about my claim I submitted. He and I just recently started talking again and well, i feel something should happen after a story he told me.

hell yeah it would have hurt. someone has and used the xbox since syko refused to pick it up from teh post office, responsibility was on that guy to get it, he had no reason not to. fuk that noise.

it got there though. then he missed delivery so it sat. should have went and picked it up.

eitehr way even if he didnt miss delivery, and it didnt go to his house(which it had to have, since he got a notice saying it was at the place near him) He could have went to pick it up.

Ive been to the UPS place in the middle of the night to pick up packages from warehouse workers. I never let shit just sit. I drove 45 minutes numerous times.

I wouldnt refund shit if the guy wasnt there for delivery and then wouldnt go pick it up.

However, I would get with UPS/USPS/Whoever to try and resolve it that way.
