Alright, so I've been talking to this girl about insecurities and what not. She started to mention hers, but quickly digressed saying she doesn't like talking about them with guys, only girls. Saying she feels they'll use them against her. She openly admitted she also has the need to be needed. She also seems to be very critical of her decisions sometimes.
She told me this "just general stuff about the expectations and spreading myself too thin... dealling with external matters causing the over-analytical part of me" and then gave me the 'I can't explain spiel". What do you guys think it means?
My guess is that it means sometimes she feel her expectations set for guys that she wishes to become romantically involved with are too high. With her need to be needed, she becomes worried she'll end up all alone later on in life. I'm not sure how the middle part of that comes in though. The whole spreading herself too thin and dealing with external matters. You guys got any ideas?
