That should be enough for you or anyone else. I think it is a very unselfish gift. Obviously you know you are not going to see immediate appreciation from the kid, which makes it moar better IMO.

I saw a black dude get half of his head shot off with a .45 when I was about 17. It was kind of cool but have had several nightmares about it over the years.
Worst part was walking by a week later to see brain matter and skull fragments still left on the bushes.. sadly when someone gets shot all they really do is remove the body and leave the rest of any mess left behind.

Reminds me of Pulp Fiction when Travolta shot the little negroe.
