so doug, tom, and debbie are on a plane that ends up crashing over the ocean.. and wouldnt you know it, they are the only survivors. they wash up on a deserted island where they are stranded for months.. so doug, tom, and debbie do what humans do best and start sleeping with each other.

debbie was very religious before the accident and started feeling really bad and guilty about the situation of sleeping with two guys.. so she kills herself.

a few more months go by, and doug and tom start getting extremely lonely.. so of course, they finally start doing what humans do best.. they do this everyday and this goes on for a few months before they too start feeling really wrong and bad about whats going on.. so they decided to bury debbie.

I feel like I should use falling home prices to leverage my good credit for a good long term purchase.

I feel that if you do that, you will become very wealthy in the long run. That's the only reason I'm buying right now.

Do0d, I wouldn't jsut go buy land. It has to be usable or no one will buy it from you.

It needs access to water, electric, sewer, etc.
