After about a month of it, it is not hard at all. At least I got to the point where I highly frowned upon fast food, soft drinks, and eating out.The hardest part about it is following the nutritional guide. Eating the right foods at the right times.
The hard part for me is that I serve at an italian restaurant. I get free food every time I work, but pretty much none of it is good for you. After about a month of it, it is not hard at all. At least I got to the point where I highly frowned upon fast food, soft drinks, and eating out.
definitely not doing that diet then. Ill never frown upon eating fast food, soda and eating out. After about a month of it, it is not hard at all. At least I got to the point where I highly frowned upon fast food, soft drinks, and eating out.

Ill leave you alone about the pull-up.Can't be he-man overnight...I am working on it.
Yes. I need to regain a focus for my life. I aim to quit drinking and posting so much as well.
I am thinking of selling my house and joining the Peace Corp once my ARM adjusts in 3 years. I haven't felt like I have done anything and tired of life happening to me. I need a more proactive approach.
Seems a lot of people use school as their back up and never want to stop being students. Im the opposite, I dont want to do school that much, Id rather just do it and get it over with. Not sure how I will be thinking....but I need a focus, a goal, a something. Right now, I had a lot of nothing. I have always had school as my "back-up". Well it ends next summer...and I don't want to be a perpetual student...at $6k/yr it gets expensive. I wish I was an athelete where being a professional would be a goal.
With that, I won't be back until 3:30.
This is seriously ridiculous. I don't think I can help you anymore.I am thinking of selling my house and joining the Peace Corp once my ARM adjusts in 3 years. I haven't felt like I have done anything and tired of life happening to me. I need a more proactive approach.
Meh it sucks because I work 7-3 Monday through Friday and she usually works or goes to school at night. My friends I had down here work or go to school so I usually find myself posting on here. I don't like this job as much as my old one. I'm saving money and when I graduate I'm going to just pick up and move and start over somewhere else.Lug good luck on your affair.
