Oh yeah, for sure. As long as you are doing some sort of physical activity that is microtearing the muscle due to resistance, you're going to see a result.I bought some workout stuff tonight. I really am gonna try this p90x thing for a while. considering I don't have a gym membership anymore, it's really the only option I have at the moment.
as corey and I were saying last night though, you'd have to be stupid not to actually get results from this video. If you really do follow this 7 days a week, an hour a day, you're gonna get results. Whether or not it's bulky like some of the dudes on here, meh dunno but lean and losing weight. Most def.

I still need to buy a pull up bar before I can start p90x. The hardest part about it is following the nutritional guide. Eating the right foods at the right times. Do you have the documents, workout calendar, etc? I have it on my comp, let me know if you need itI bought some workout stuff tonight.
