Never watched that movie.
You also have about 1/3 the population of Chicago. Bound to be more bad seeds by numbers alone.

It was broke down by percentages of 100k. Even in the 1 million category, Detroit was near the bottom in gang violence.

I really don't care which of the 2 cities is better. Both have harsh winters and my ****** can't handle that enough to live in either. So I concede, Detroit is tops.

the city has hosted numerous national events (all-star game, superbowl, auto show, world series, NBA finals, 3 championship parades, etc) with no incident of crime.

I don't know about that..

I spent a week in Chicago a year or so ago and I loved it. It was not what I was expecting at all.

I have never been to Detroit so I can't comment. the chances ar that I would be wildly popular there as well.

I spent a week in Chicago a year or so ago and I loved it. It was not what I was expecting at all.
I have never been to Detroit so I can't comment. the chances ar that I would be wildly popular there as well.

They put me in a hotel near downtown then had to shuttle like 3 hours away. From the hotel you could see the gangs forming at night.
