All of New England is high dollar for the most part mang. That wasn't my main point though. The point is you can't in anyway accurately compare the price of a home in your neck of tenn to houses in another region. it doesn't equate.

If you want to break down more variables in the equation in order to determine a decision on moving, yes. But in direct correlation of house cost alone, no.
