I just don't learn from computer based training...I like the interaction. I have a question and it is instantly responded. I don't have to wait a day or whatever. Focus on the material.
I guess your classes are semi-online or something. Most of the ones I have seen have students who are from a variety of geographic locations.

Finally, I rather dislike groups.

I have never took an online class, nor do I really want to. I feel like I would not try as hard and slack.

They probably wont respond at all. CS is the downfall of these comoanies it seems.

I feel more inclined to deal with the mainstream companies. I've always had good success dealing with them.

I think the unwillingness to pay for customer service is the downfall. CS isn't cheap and since many online fanboys don't value CS until something goes wrong, aren't really willing to pay for it.
I am serious. I still think there is a good market there (for me anyway) as people are always tearing up their subs...I just need the contracts.

It took them nearly 3 months to recone my btl and they kept giving me the runaround, finally when I told them that I sold the sub, they reconed it. Funny thing is though, they never charged me for it after me bringing it up 4 or 5 times to them about the price, so technically I still owe them $120 plus shipping to the guy who bought it.
