i have a Dell desktop computer now and it has windows vista, my other comp before this one was a Emachines brand and it lasted 4 years. but dam that comp was noisy.

Haven't lifted in about a month. Ever since my shoulder got messed up. Going to start my routine back as soon as school starts. Needed some time off.

yeah i took a month off it seemed with my bodytype if i didn't lift so much i gave my muscles time to grow, it seemed to work better with 3 days off on one muscle group to see the muscle finallly build up or if u go to lift again ur just burnin up muscle and that was my problem. some tips work on building muscle some don't, cuz we all different ya know what im sayin?
