I *think* it will fit if I install the seat over the amp, and simple not move the seat. Just disconnect the mechanism to slide the seat just in case someone tries to move it. However, I want to be sure.

I spent a lot of money trying to make things fit.

Aren't you worried about the heat? That is my primary concern. I have nowhere to put an amp where I wouldn't constantly worry about it catching what ever was above it, on fire.
