I figured out how I got that way, and stopped it. In high school I was about 230 and played sports, but blew my knee out when I was 17 during my senior year. We finally made it to the state finals and it was the game before the championship which we played at Ford Field. I always wanted to play at the Silverdome or Ford Field so I was devastated when I missed the oppurtunity. I became severely inactive, ate more and mostly processed foods, chips, and lots of pop. By the time I turned 20, I had gained 120 pounds, my friends ditched me because I gained weight, so I decided to cut out the chips and pop and eat good food and just exercise everyday.Daaaamn
