what kind of condition is the saturn in?

For a 94 it's in great condition. It's a fiberglass body so obviously no rust, but no cracks or scratches on it. It has flip up lights and those are metal and rusted out. The interior is clean and no rips or tears. It runs great, but the ABS unit does not work. The woman doesn't seem to like it. She's been driving my Focus and I have been driving the Saturn. I'll see if I can get the Impala for 3k or less. The dealer wouldn't even take my Saturn on a trade in for the Focus.

yeah... it all depends on what you want man... if your trying to save as much money as possible then keep rollin in the saturn, if you wanting a car with a few more creature comforts then the impala seems like a cheap effective route

I believe so. Her excuse is she doesn't want car troubles because she works in a bad area at night.

i see... well before you get the car make sure to let her know you are pretty much getting it for her so she will have a "reliable" car to drive to work and you would like to be driving your focus

I may even use the Impala since I'm hung up on driving a Ford to work. I could not imagine if my dad was still working and drove his Korean car to work.

I made her sell her car since it was a hazard to her health. I told her she could have the Saturn, but I feel guilty driving my Ford to work so I let her use it once and she keeps using it.
