I know. I honestly do feel bad about not owning the cd's of bands I truly like. I didn't know I liked them yet when I dl'ed everything though.
I know 100% for a fact tool does. APC......I'm almost positive they do too. James is very well known for his lyrics, I highly doubt that he has someone write the lyrics. A band of their Caliber do not need the help of outsiders. James has enough to write about, his mom, calling people out, love, etc.

It's primarily the chords and rhythms that I'm curious about. My best friend who is a music major prefers to listen to bands that write ALL of their own music. He often critiques my musical preferences as lame for said reason. Just something else to rub in his face as I feel he is wrong about the music I listen on the large whole.
do you really think there are a lot of bands who could have off tempo beats like they do? I mean Danny's playing one thing, Jason doing something crazy, and Adam is generally doing an easy part. Not all the time but for the most part. Danny and Jason are doing the most work though. Adam and Jason both have hard tones to achieve especially Jason. he has a HUUUUUGE pedal board.
I didn't doubt it, just wanted to make sure.
