I think its pretty whack. How can they charge an out of state person for 3 years, for a VA law? thats like saying another state can give you a fix it ticket. VA takes this traffic shit too far. And im back to work peace.

One twist that has Virginia drivers enraged is that the state can't charge fees on out-of-state drivers or revoke their licenses. For now, the fees apply only to residents.

That part is really gay.

The day of my 16th bday was the first (and the last) time I reckoned I was big enough to call Daddy out.

It was one of those "I don't have to listen to you! I'm grown!" ~ "Yes, you do - you aren't grown and as long as you live in my house you'll follow my rules," conversations.

So - the day I turned 16 I was under the mistaken impression that Daddy was fat, old, and slow.

Slow he wasn't.

He kicked my *** nine ways from Sunday until I finally figured out it would be in my best interest to quit getting up. (every time Dad knocked me down he simply took a couple of steps back and crossed his arms across his chest waiting to see if I was done or not)

Before anyone asks - no I do not harbor any grudges as I was the one foolish enough to look him in the eye and tell him to step outside and we'd see exactly who wasn't grown yet.

I should have known better when he didn't even really get mad but rather calmly looked at me over the top of his glasses and asked, "Are you sure this is something you want to do?"
