I think its pretty whack. How can they charge an out of state person for 3 years, for a VA law? thats like saying another state can give you a fix it ticket. VA takes this traffic shit too far. And im back to work peace.

Well I think that part is shit, the only way that should apply is if all states had the same exact laws when it came to motor vehicles.
