Well I can't believe this is happening but it is. None of you will believe this.






I have decided to start running again and shed some weight and increase my stamina too. I never was one to worry about it, but my age is catching up with me so I have decided to give it a go. This should be interesting. I do my first run after work today. if I don't get on tonight, it is because I am teh deadz.

Not really. I have no urge to buy a penis enlarging Corvette anytime soon. I am just feeling a little older than I would like to and hearing Flip troll about his running has partially motivated me. I figure this step is necessary in this time to complete my de-evolution to evolution process. In HS I was athletic, sober and on top of everything. Then I went to college and started the partying and unfit phase. I gradually rid my self of my hardcore party attitude. Stopped smoking pot and started drinking much less.
