no it's not been resolved. Syko said he didnt' want a refund if it was just "lost," I'm not sure what merits a refund but if that's what he wants that's fine with me. I don't have the money to give him 400 bucks flat out. i told him it would have to be payments.


yeah, I don't think microsoft will help me though, I don't have the original game card. I threw it away whenever I moved out of my last place.

you should try them anyway, there is probly something connected to your live account they could verify with you. gotta be a way.
