Most states have done away with alimony. Florida has it, but it is hard to get. She has to prove that the man and his job forced her not to be in the workplace and that she will have a hard time adjusting in the workplace. Basically rich folk pay alimony LOL.

I think that is called having a sucky lawyer.

They will always be entitled to 1/2 of any assets accrued during marriage without a prenup. Even if they cheat.

Once you marry, you are 1 not 2 seperate entities. Anything you make while married is also hers.

Agreed here. But if there were no males facilitating cheating, it would greatly reduce the amount of cheating that occurred.

Yes, but we know people aren't saints. Especially men when *** is involved. It would be great if we were all the same shade of tan and spoke the same language, believed in the same god, and shared the same views as well. Reality is though that this Utopia doesn't and won't exist and you just need to learn how to live with it and deal with it, like the rest of lifes unjusts.

Dude, I could barely keep pens in my car without people snagging shit from my car where I lived. Didn't stop me from enjoying what I like. I claim it on insurance if I could then try more ways of securing things. If I knew who ganked my shit, they would get theirs.

You're doing a lot better too, than when I first started reading this blog. Well better IMO and the way I see things.

I am perhaps too loose with the way I view such things, but it has been working for me, so meh.
