Are you building this from scratch? If so make the counter top with granite tile and pour slow cure self leveling eopxy on it. Elbow bumpers are nice and something I plan to add to mine.

hmmm, choices.

I wish I did, but there has to be something out there. I build by the seat of my pants usually with rough scale drawings of what I want. I helped my dad build a very large bar for his home with an aquarium built into it. Seated 8 plus the tender. Complete with foot bar, elbow cushion and swing up counter for entry.
Don't forget the glass rack. Those are very handy as well.
