Well, the second house fell through...
They recieved an offer for asking price ($118,9) plus $3.5k for closing and the bank refused.

Back to the drawing board...oh wells.

I looked at another house in the 129,9...it had blood on the walls. The agent just gives us the code and we self-inspect.

Going to be looking at a few more houses this week...there is a house I kind of like but you have to pay a yearly home owners association fee and the yard is small ( I want a garden)....sucks all the way around.

that sucks. well wait them out and they might go down in a lil while. That code for the lock box might be the code for all of them in the area. Thats how they used to do it down here.

hey SM, i had a fender bender in the jeep yesterday. dude backed into my front bumper in his van. my bumper went over his bumper and smashed in his back doors. not even a scratch on mine, just knocked some dirt off.
