I have HSA; therefore, no copay.
The $4 was for medicine at wal-mart. 3/4 perscriptions was fully covered, so I decided not to argue about the $4.

LOL my company has no HR. We use a LL company for our payroll and HR. My insurance is through my wifes small legal office. Maybe you should talk to the owning attorney there lol.
