I think that I have already splained my view -- which you promptly rejected. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gifWhy rent? I still haven't found a reason why renting would be suitable for me....it seems like such a waste.
Oh. As long as you get in for a decent price I don't see a problem financially then. I think that one concern that people have in your case is whether you are truly ready to settle down -- playa. But Preston's time frame and mine are different. He was like 2-3, I am like 5-7.
Kinda like how you buy couches and shit.I'm talking about renting with an open ended option to roll over your renting investment into a purchase agreement. That way you can buy later, or bail. What ever is needed at the time.
Not with that attitude. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gifBut the rent does not build equity. I don't really want that.
If I thought my wage or income status/location would change greatly in the next 5-7 years, I would consider it. But I will get 1-3% raises for the next 5 years....no chance at promotion or advancement.
That is why i decided to broaden my horizons. I realized I would be stuck in a rut for life. All I need is that piece of paper that tells I'm skilled in business and I'm off.Why are you settling for your existing employment if it doesn't have a stronger future?
