and hijack this scan and fixing didnt work? That usually always works to stop things from restarting, then running spybot and adaware. Also if you can find kaspersky, even a trial version. Best Antivirus ive ever used.

I used ad-aware and Norton anti-virus.
Norton removes it, but it comes back.

I try like 3 things/scans. If that fils I back up and re-load. Think about how much time you have spent trying to eradicate this beast. You could have reloaded windows and all your programs by now and returned your backups. Then again my lappies and desktop auto backup key folders to the network server routinely, so it is even easier for me.
