I cease to amaze myself. Every time I go to the gym here lately, I continue to increase my deadlift and squat by about 10-20 lbs every time. I went in tonight, starting on deadlifts, having no idea what my previous numbers were for the sole purpose of being able to concentrate on each lift, and I upped my top lift by 20 lbs again. Not only that, but I did 2 sets of that weight.
