Hah, I had an idea. If you really want an "excuse" to talk to this guy here is what you do. Go pick up a set of mice traps for $1. Let him walk in you setting them. When he asks you what you are doing, explain that you saw a mouse run through the kitchen. Then talk to him about how you guys have just got to start making certain that the kitchen stay clean or you are going to over run by those disease carrying rodents.
