You need to ask yourself if the agreed upon savings of $90 is worth the extra work. Only you can answer that. If it is, then don't rock the boat, otherwise renegotiations are bound to hit the table.

Additionally, it was his place and his bad habits were more than likely in place before your move-in. It sounds like he doesn't mind a little filth in his domecile. Where you on the other hand don't. You can't expect him to change this. If it bothers YOU, then clean it like you have been or learn to leave it be.

well yeah but we never said anything about me having to be the *****. I shouldn't be responsible for cleaning the house, that isn't fair at all. HE should have put everything on on the table if that's what he was implying. If that's true then I would gladly pay the extra 90 dollars a month. It's not worth me busting my *** to clean this house and 2 days later it's down the shitter again.

Then address the issues with him. If he pulls the card of the money then man up and agree to pay more. If the shit continues after that, then **** him dry.

Basically, I'm tired of my room mate not picking up after himself. I clean this house and he trashes it. Now granted he pays an extra 90 dollars a month, he never mentioned that i was going to be the b1tch when we moved in together.

I want to say something to him but do you think I should? REMEMBER THOUGH, he never said he wanted anymore money so this 200 dollars a month was agreed upon.

Does he ask you to clean the house or do you just do it because you don't want a dirty house? i would just shovel a path in my part of the house and wait for him to clean it up.

That sucks. I can understand not having everything clean at any given moment -- but filth is just not healthy. See if he will agree to divide up the work -- maybe he can get laid if teh women don't puke when they enter.
