you ever done the ones where you are sitting and havethe weights close to your head and then lift them up, those burn.meh, I never was a fan of kickbacks....I couldn't feel it as well as doing other forms. The easiest way for me to feel them now is doing cable press downs with the rope attachment. I will never do skull crushers again, horrible move on my part.
He tried to sell me some max muscle protein, let me try it and everything. I liked the fact that it had both casein and whey mixed together but it tasted bleh. Plus I still have a full jug of ON pretty much.
mhm, i've always used the single dumbell for it.overhead tricep extensions is what you are talking about I think. Are you talking about with a single dumbell? course you could use a rope attachment as well but it's most common with a dumbell.
ahh yeah, they have those places in Des Moines here in my state.We went to Shoguns. She had a lot of fun, she had never been to that type of place before. They cook the food right in front of you and do all sorts of crazy tricks with the tools they use.
