no but i've had suicidal thoughts before in the summer

i know i'm not well, i dont' feel liek myself at all these days

contact one of the groups in your area

they should be able to point you in the right direction to speak with a counselor, so they can evaluate you

dont get too worried though

if you think you have a problem, best thing to do is to talk to a clinical worker, not wikipedia articles

after they evaluate you, if they think you need counseling, they will set something up with you

this is how we go about it in Oklahoma, and I bet its pretty similar in Iowa
