You rang?Davet.
damn, the Mustang's tank is almost as big as the Impala's (23)No V8 for me.....just too much trouble that I am not willing to do.
My goal is to get 30 mpg with 40 year old technology.
30mpg x 22 gallon tank = 1 fillup every other week
22 * 2.79 = $61.38 -- ftl
But it is still cheaper than my truck of $200/month
I6 > V6Swap in a newer fuel injected v6 and turbo it, best of both worlds the power of the v8 and much better fuel economy.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
Ok let's say both a v6 or v8 had the same bore and stroke as a i6, how would the I6 produce more torque? Also I think there are way too many variables to say that outright.all other variables being equal, the I6 will produce more torqueeven more than a V8
Sup, NeilAhem......crunk....

it's not just same bore and stroke because the V8 would have more displacement, total displacement needs to be the sameOk let's say both a v6 or v8 had the same bore and stroke as a i6, how would the I6 produce more torque? Also I think there are way too many variables to say that outright.
