How would you feel if someone got one as a present to your daughter? I think your youngest is about her age (six).

As the parent, I would actually be pleased. My kids do not need yet another toy.

However, you should expect that the kid will just toss it aside to open the next $9.99 toy. That's how kids roll.

It's actually probably good advice. I was suprised. I went to you because I thought you would justify my feelings. You always take the opposite side.
