I am gonna bring a tape measure, camera, notebook, etc.
I don't really know what I should look for or look at.

I am gonna talk to some people at Lowe's tonight for some suggestions.

Look at everything. And of course make sure to have an inspector come out. Not sure how much that costs in yuor area but up here its $100-300, depending on the area and person. Ask if they have roof and siding records.

I put in my notice last night. The managers are mad...kinda cutting me off. The employees are like "Oh, I am going to miss you"
