One last thing before I go to bed....

Over the weekend I bought a spare Kenwood HU harness from eBay because I found one cheap - $5/shipped.

Something like that's worthwhile to have around since all I will buy are Kenwood HUs...

Anyway - not too long after I paid via PayPal I get this Thank You email from my seller expressing gratitude for my bid and that my item would ship out first thing Monday morning as obviously it couldn't get sent out Sunday...

So today I get this email again thanking me for my business and to let me know that my harness had shipped out USPS 1st Class mail and I should expect it Fri or Sat since mail doesn't run Wednesday, naturally.

The point in relating this little story is that the above is indicative of a truly good seller.

If someone is willing to take the time to go through all of that over a $5 item how would they treat you on a much more expensive purchase?
