It's pretty sweet, I won't lie. I had pretty harsh feelings about Halo 2 but 3 was just awesome. Loved it. I heard if you beat it on legendary there is a different ending.

add shady lending practices and you hit the nail on the head.

People *CAN* fix this on their own by increasing the savings rate....if we quit spending all our money and started saving, it would help quite a bit. But since we can't make people save, we have to resort to other tactics.

THe other tactic would be to let them go poor, so they learn a lesson. You **** up your credit, go into debt, you rent an apartment for a few years, instead of filing bankruptcy and then in a few years getting an ARM.

I was poor before, it made me who I am today. Now people think Im going to be a millionaire.

Im not gonna get into the shady lending practices. That we could debate (like I saw you debating in that other thread) til we are blue in the face or fingers or whatever.

It allows you to see opportunities.
But sometimes they conflict:

Let's look at international stocks. On one hand, we benefit from a devalued currency because the dividend becomes worth more. (buy more $ per euro)...however on the other hand, the stocks have less earnings because no one buys it because it costs too much compared to US.

The trick is breaking the funds apart into currency risks and stock risks and it is pretty difficult to break apart the gains from currency risks and the losses from loss of sales.

Ok, this is where ill get lost. Stock is something I will probly never fully understand. It would take our whole shift for you to even have me beginning to understand. I forgot to comment about this. I am very worried about that too, after reading, hearing and seeing horror stories, including my brother almost losing the business, I know if I do ever get married or fall under the commonlaw marriage, She will hold a FT job throughout the relationship and we will not purchase large things together (houses, cars etc....) Ill also get a really good lawyer. Imma holla at cochrin's boys.
