Hey though, I need your help bro.
The SO keeps failing at barbell rows because her form sucks. She keeps curling her wrists up and away from her body and she keeps pulling her elbows in so she's getting no back into it. She's going backwards in weight because of it. I've tried everything from showing her videos to yelling "SHOW ME THOSE WINGS" to get her arms out. She understands but for some reason her brain won't talk to her arms. I was thinking next time to sit her at the machine that imulates this exercise so she can feel the right form. You have any other ideas or tips I could try? I posted the same over on CT and Pl8 suggested a full deload and start from scratch. Today she should have been at 80lb but ended up at 60. her form is killing her. She's replaced the back muscles with forearm muscles because of the form. No bueno bro. It is discouraging her.
