LOL.....customer service at most retail places is horrible.....when i find a store (whatever kind it is) that has good CS....i go there all the time....even if it's a little out of the way.........

Ive been in retail for 7 years

I always stress customer service

CS = sales

sales = more hours and bonuses for the employees

Im a happy person...I come up to almost everyone and say hi...and would offer help.
