They can't possibly best those shitbox headphones you used to have, they were just so **** awesome!

they are definitely better than the Modas by a long shot. I didnt realise how much I was missing, the modas have no top end at all. With these headphones I can really hear symbols crashing.

Although I am using the silcon fittings from the modas on the Denons, the ones Denon supplied are too flimsy and wont stay in my ear at all.

I use the Senn "twist to fit". However, they are for working out, not just sitting and listening.
