No, the fact that you didn't do ANYTHING (that I can recall) to fix the issue for a LONG time. Neither one of us are easy on cars... and I worked on my car a lot long before I knew anyone with a lift. You do more audio than me, I do more general cars than you... it's just where you put your effort. Why does it need TLC? I don't have access to a full garage with a lift? And a guy with some knowledge on cars?
It was a known problem with the Q18DE... Nissan recalled hundreds of thousands of them, and honestly needed to expand the recall more... but since at the time most were nearing the end of warranty coverage I doubt they cared.
My car is perfect now functionally, only after a $950 bill from the Nissan Dealer themselves. I don't think I'll have anymore problems now that that "defect" (IMO) is fixed... but still the fact that it was a known problem and not easily fixed by the end user is BS.
Oh well, like I said... it's that problem and other problems I've heard from countless Nissan owners on boards and locally that have turned me off. That, and warranty problems seem to be difficult to get taken care of even when they are covered.

All cars have problems, all of them.
what do you mean? After I cleaned my MAF sensor, it's like I have a brand new truck!
my truck gets way better gas mileage, has more power, and has a distinct growl to the exhaust I've never heard before. lolwhat do you mean?
With my Mom's Murano it was less than a year old and they didn't want to cover any of the problems under warranty. My dad basically had to get our company lawyer involved before the dealership would fix the problems. Then they still wanted to charge us this ridiculously expensive shop fee for diagnosing the warranty related problems. This wasn't just one dealership either. One in Lima, Fort Wayne, and even one here in Cincinnati. It literally broke down in all 3 places which is why 3 dealerships were involved. Why does it need TLC? I don't have access to a full garage with a lift? And a guy with some knowledge on cars?
