That would be a good sized lens.

I just have the 18-70mm lens that came with the camera. Does what I want it to do. Maybe someday down the road I'll get a better one, but not yet. The nice thing about the Alpha's is the lenses are built on the Minolta K platform (IIRC) so there are shit tons of lenses out there.
